Log Entry Date: March 20, 2009

Members JIm Griffin and John Unger along with Guests Elliot and E.J.Wislar.Tried some fishing on Wed.morning .It was decided that young E.J. would get first shot We started on some deep wrecks we were quickly on to a solid fish but the sharks had our Address and on 3 separate drops {regardless of E.J. effort},helped themselves to a free meal.It was decided the sharks were next The first step was to procure some suitable shark bait. After no little effort 2 hefty barracuda were put in the box. Back to our spot .It did not take long and E.J. was into a solid fish that headed on a hot run towards some commercial divers some 400 yards away. Soon we were tangled in the divers gear and through some hard work on E.J.s part we managed to salvage the diver his gear and a large amberjack he had speared. The problem was the shark was gone. With our last bait we got back into position and were soon into a solid fish. This time he headed for open water and the battle was on. E.J. now received a crash course in How to handle a big fish by mate Jason.E.J.soon caught on and was steadily gaining line .It was not to long and a large shape appeared below the boat. After a few more powerfull runs a 400lb Bull shark was being held beside the boat. After some pictures and a few high "5

"s the shark was released unharmed ready to fight another day.Congratulation's E.J.
